I totally love Angel and Silky Smooth Waxing.. Angel became my saving grace after receiving a terrible waxing from one of the more well known named spas. Found Angel's studio online and read all of her reviews. Gave her a try and totally found my waxer. I love Angel. She has become a great friend in the year that I have been going to her. Angel works miracles. I originally chose her because of her website (very thorough with lots of info) but stick with her because she is the BEST. Whether you need waxing or a facial (I've done both and regularly go for bikini waxes), she is the person you need to see. The studio is comfortable and calm, which is what Angel strives for, both in discretion and in waxing practices! Whatever look you are going for, she'll make it happen. If you're embarrassed to ask for something (brazillian, backside, etc.) just trust me and ASK...Angel will take care of you. 100% sanitary and safe practices and the prices are right. She's a perfectionist and WILL make you smooth! I recommend her to my friends and will never go anywhere else.

I have had sensitive, problematic skin most of my teenage and adult life. Previous experiences with facials were not positive or helpful. Since I began seeing Angel my skin has changed dramatically. At the first appointment she took the time and asked me questions about my skin and was very thoughful and made me feel comfortable. In the past I was always made to feel self-conscious about my skin. She did not push products on me, but rather educated me about my skin. I now use the products that she recommends as my skin is now healthy. She also did my makeup for my wedding, she made me look beautiufl and natural! I could not have been happier on my big day! Due to her expertise and caring demeanor I will trust no one else with caring for my face!

Helen - No double dipping
If you work in the medical field you probably understand how much sanitation and hygiene are importatant to me. The only place I have been to that does not double dip (which is disgusting and dangerous) is Silky Smooth Waxing Studio. Angel is using a brand new stick each and every single time she goes into the wax. That means that you are NOT enjoying the bacteria collected from every other person who has been waxed before you. I have been going to Angel for a year now and every time I return, it feels like I am going to a friend. She is calming, comforting and uplifting. As much as a wax can hurt, spending that 20 min. with Angel is always good for the soul.

The Waxing Studio and Angel certainly live up to all the stellar reviews they get. I had my first visit today and could not wait to get online and give a few more kudos to this exceptional establishment. As a Brazilian sporter for few years now, I know what to do, expect, pay, and feel. The studio exceeded in all departments! Beautiful treatment room, hygienic enough for a germ-phobe like me, good quality wax , right price and fantastic waxing service. Above and beyond all this, the quality of personal attention is amazing. Angel has great customer skills- she offered me an additional blanket to be sure I am cozy enough (there is a heating one on the bed), a warm beverage, provided an awesome consideration trought the process and also made me to forget all about the pain with a funny conversation! I will not waste my time going anywhere else.
