Thank you for choosing Silky Smooth Waxing Studio.  The information below is intended to make your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Payment
For online purchases – we accept all major credit cards.  In the Studio, the accepted forms of payment are cash, Visa and MasterCard.

Please click here to see our Skin questionnaire and Waxing consent form.  Our insurance requires us to have the consent form signed before we can perform your waxing service.  Unless you print out, fill in and bring the forms with you to the Studio, New clients should please allow an extra 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the needed forms.

If the door is locked
Because we are a small studio, we lock the door while we are in session. This protects us from people coming in and disrupting your session.  We do not answer the door when we are in session.  In advance, we appreciate your understanding and respect for this situation.  Thank you!

While you wait for your appointment
Please have a seat in our waiting room.  We have magazines and bottled water for your convenience.

Running late?
If you are running late for your scheduled appointment time, we appreciate being notified of the delay ASAP.  Please call us at (630) 687-1130.  In order to respect our clients' schedules, all service visits must end at their scheduled times.

During your appointment
Please turn cell phones and pagers off or to vibrate, and refrain from use while in the Studio. We ask that you keep conversations quiet. Due to the nature of our environment, only children 12 years and older with an appointment are permitted in the treatment areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion.
